“Very easy going, friendly, and knowledgeable provider who took her time to listen to me and explain her thoughts.”

“I wouldn't really recommend it; she doesn't seem to have good hearing. We got a phone interpreter, but she didn't seem to hear any of what the interpreter said. When the interpreter asked or wanted her to repeat, she still didn't hear, and in the end, the interpreter hung up the call.”

The office had other waiting patients complaining about their appointments, which wasn’t a good start. After checking in and waiting for about 30 minutes, I received a call from the doctor I was supposed to see telling me that she couldn’t see me today and I should reschedule. This made no sense as I had already checked in and arrived prior to my appointment time. After asking the front desk about this, they just sent me into the doctors office and the she was there, it turns out she just wanted to go home since it was nearing the end of the work day. They made her see me for my appointment anyways, but the whole thing was rushed and there was no effort to understand my circumstance or specific issue. Instead, I was just recommended some vitamin infusion. Also, the doctor didn’t seem to be able to communicate with me at all. I would ask questions and just literally get no response, or she would steer the conversation to something completely unrelated. Stay away.

Absolutely horrible doctor (Dr Link). Had to wait an hour to be seen, and when our appointment began, she left 2 separate time to take phone calls (each 10 mins). Each time she returned from a phone call, she had forgotten what I previously said about my symptoms. Horrible listener, rude, and very unclear about follow up steps for my treatment. Her office NEVER SUBMITTED authorization to my insurance for my follow up testing, causing a week’s delay in my care. Wasted my time running 2 hours of random EEG and ultrasound testing after the appointment, only to never send me the results. Also tried to sell me a random IV infusion multiple times after I said no. This office is absolutely untrustworthy and unprofessional. Please see a neurologist elsewhere.

This doctor is horrible. She was discourteous, rude, and impatient. She refused to explain or answer any question I asked. Instead, she kept trying to get me to sign up for some vitamin infusion which she also refused to explain. Please avoid her, even though the office staff was fine.

Incredibly unprofessional office, I waited over an hour with no update on when I would be seen, not even an estimate, so eventually I had to leave because I had to go back to work. For a different practice but at the same front desk, they had a "virtual assistant" AKA I believe someone working remotely from a different country? And if you're in front of the camera you're being surveilled the entire time. There were a lot of confused elderly patients who had no idea how to check in with this computer that had someone basically on a webcam staring out at you, and I just felt like the office was full of older people who were kind of being taken advantage of--they shouldn't have to chase healthcare workers down, especially if they are confused (it's a neurologist office, so cognitive decline not unheard of). It was depressing.
