What should a new client know about working with you?

My expertise is in helping individuals learn to manage anxiety, anger and other strong emotions. I also work with parents who want to learn to better manage their children's behaviors and cope with the stressor of parenting.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to provide a nonjudgment space for clients to reflect on their personal values and goals in an effort to make positive changes in their life. I work with my clients to develop coping skills to better manage stress, challenge unhelpful thought patterns and better tolerate difficult emotions.
