They put two people that were behind me in front of me. When I mentioned it to Dr. Ong, she never apologized. She just acted like I should accept it because that's what happens sometimes.
Also when first meeting me instead of shacking my hand or getting me she just Claire's her hands together and said, "Let's do this!" What the???
