Very disappointed given the good reviews. I came in for a sprained ankle diagnosis after rolling my ankle 6 weeks prior playing soccer, bc I was still dealing with pain preventing me from going back to my daily activities. She felt my foot for less than 20 seconds, asked vaguely where it hurt, and told me “it is definitely just a sprain and not a fracture and you will definitely be healed in 2 weeks”. I asked her if she could a more in depth check bc my injury had been hurting for 6 weeks already and she did not and instead repeated that in 2 weeks and I should be healed. Well, 2 weeks later and my ankle

Disappointed given the reviews. She came in immediately telling me all the things she couldn't do and told me not to bother with certain things because the referral would never work. What a useless appointment. I think this physician is burnt out on primary care which is completely understandable given the state of the healthcare system in the US, but she's clearly unhappy working there and it's unfortunate.

I had my first appointment with Dr Chandra today and what a pleasure. She was so personable and kind. I immediately felt listened to and she was clear in her communication. I think she is going to be my PCP moving forward.

Dr. Chandra has a very good bedside manner. She's friendly, competent and a good listener. She's the first PCP I've had in decades that's questioned the necessity of my medications, which I'm thankful for since that reveals the possibility of reducing or eliminating my medications with the help of Dr. Chandra.

I had a wonderful experience with the whole team. I'm looking for a new PCP since my previous one left the the previous medical group I was a member of. I like this new medical group and hopefully, I'll be their patient for many years. I really like the fact that they take the patient's opinions into consideration and don't believe in throwing pills at the the problem. Plus, everyone was warm and welcoming.
