He completed an internal medicine residency at Stanford Healthcare in California and two fellowships – one in Cardiovascular Medicine and one in Interventional Cardiovascular Medicine – at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. Double board certified Dr. Henderson’s clinical interests include coronary artery disease, aortic valve disease and mitral valve disease. “I love my job! I see the practice of medicine as a community service and feel fortunate to have the opportunity to serve the people of the Grand Valley and beyond.” Dr. Henderson and his wife met in middle school. They have three children and have lived on both coasts. When not working, Dr. Henderson enjoys spending time with his family, being outside, traveling, reading, history and figuring out how things work.
