Dr. Hannah Glenn, PhD

Psychologist
WI
I'm a licensed psychologist who works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the deeply personal work of figuring out who they are. Much of my training focused on the ways identity and lived experience shape our inner worlds, and I bring that curiosity and humility into every relationship I build with clients. I don't take lightly what it means for someone to sit down and share the parts of their life that are hard, tender, or painful. It's an honor to be trusted with those stories, and I hold them with care.

Getting to know Dr. Hannah Glenn

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is talk-based and relational: we start by building a strong relational foundation, make sure you have the tools to manage what's most pressing day-to-day, and then dive deeper at your pace to explore patterns, painful parts, and the connections between past and present. I'll share how I'm making sense of your story, point out what I notice, and challenge you to sit with what's uncomfortable. Woven throughout is a curiosity about your worldview and the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and others, because understanding who you are is inseparable from the work itself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is about getting to know each other. Clients can expect to share what's been going on in their life, what brought them to therapy, how it's been impacting them, and their broader context such as important relationships, work, school, and living situation. There's also space to explore what they're hoping to get out of therapy and what would feel different if it was effective. There's a lot to learn about a person, and I look forward to continuing to piece it together over time in the following sessions.
