“Dr Park is a great listener and communicator. She performed a minor in-office procedure, and she made sure I fully understood what she was going to do before she did it. She even drew a sketch to show me! Highly recommend Dr Park.”

My appointment went really well for my first visit. I plan to continue coming and will be referring my family here too. All of my concerns and questions were addressed.

This was second time back with Dr. Parks and despite that we joke we hope to never see each other again (because that would mean my underlying unconnected issue hasn’t caused any more foot problems), I wish I actually DID have a reason to go back. She is THAT phenomenal. Her whole team is.

My experience with Dr. Park was simply amazing. I learned a lot about myself that I didn’t know and how to address the issue. Now I’m just processing everything and I will be moving forward. I would highly recommend anyone to this physician. She is highly qualified and very knowledgeable and has a friendly staff. Dr. Parks is truly a treasure, for Rush Hospital.

Dr. Park was very patient and very reassuring (as I was NOT exactly convinced I would be in crazy pain getting my issue managed). She was so great.

My appointment with Dr. Park was great. The staff at the front desk was extremely kind, the waiting area was clean and inviting, I arrived 45 minutes early and was seen within minutes of my arrival. Dr. Park has a great bedside manner, she listened to my concerns, addressed them, and came up with a plan of care that was easy for me to follow. I had such a wonderful experience at the office and can't recommend Dr. Park enough.
Dr. Park was courteous and informative.
Front desk was rude.

Zocdoc dropped the ball and never confirmed my appointment but the staff at WEIL was kind enough to accommodate me. First time using this service as i tore my Achilles and needed to find a doctor asap. Zocdoc told me it was confirmed yet email told me to wait...i was unsure but needed to be seen. I rolled the dice but everyone not be so luck so do what you can to confirm your appointment.

Dr. Park was extremely friendly and I felt she explained things in a way that my 15 y/o daughter (the patient) could understand.

Dr Hannah Park is great! She’s friendly, kind, caring, and knowledgeable! I finally have no foot pain thanks to her treatment,

Dr Park and her staff are a pleasure to interact with. I'm quite skiddish as a person when it comes to needles or trimmers of any kind, and Dr Park is very understanding to my sensitivities. I'd especially recommend Dr Park to anyone who feels anxious or scared about seeking treatment, as she does a fantastic job with minimizing any anxieties.
Verified patient
I wasn't sure what to expect but upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful which helped with the anxiety I was experiencing regarding my visit. They immediately took x-rays before seeing the doctor which moved the process along very fast. Once the doctor entered the room, I was very impressed with her bedside manner. She was very professional and had a very friendly and kind personality which allowed me to understand her explanation of her diagnosis. I would highly recommend her to anyone with foot problems. I feel very comfortable in knowing that she is concerned and involved with my healing process.

Right when I walked in I had a good feeling about the office. It’s inside of a nice building in a good area, and the office itself seems newly decorated and very clean. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, and the check in process went very smoothly and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Park was wonderful as well - very friendly and professional and open to questions. I left feeling very happy with the overall experience.

Dr. Park is a SUPER STAR. I felt SO seen and heard and the visit was packed with SO MUCH USEFUL INFORMATION. She is clearly extremely knowledgeable and suggested a course of treatment for plantar warts that was way less invasive than my past podiatrists. I wish she was my GP because quite frankly I’ve never felt so comfortable. Thanks, Dr Hannah!

Dr. Park and her staff are the best.

Dr. Park was great! I have a lot of medical anxiety and had an infected toenail that was bothering me. She was so kind and professional and made me feel well taken care of and my toe is healing up great! Couldn’t recommend more
Dr. Hannah is fantastic!

The office assistants at the front were semi-unprofessional. They were very curt when I asked about what my copay might be and when they handed me the ipad to fill out my information. They were also complaining about their co-worker (who had called out or something to that effect) loudly in front of me in the waiting room. But Dr. Park is an absolute joy and seemed very confident that my issue would be resolved quickly, which was very reassuring.
I explained my problem and that helped the doctors in their treatment. The treatment was explained to me and how it would work. I will definitely go back. Doctors didn’t rush in treating and listening to me. That’s important to me.
Verified patient
Dr. Park was immensely helpful and thorough. She diagnosed an injury that had been giving me grief for several weeks and her treatment plan has been working beautifully to get me back on my feet. I loved that she understood the pitfalls of my insurance and was able to work with me on a medication that would be covered. I was seen very quickly and the front office was very clean. The MA I saw before Dr. Parks was personable and efficient. All in all, it was the type of office visit that I wish EVERY appointment was like.
Dr. Hannah Park was personable and knowledgeable. I’m fortunate that I was able to schedule a same day appointment to address my issues. I’m hopeful that Dr. Park will be able to fully address my issues in the upcoming visits.
Very nice, bright space. The intake medical history via ipad was very detailed (maybe too detailed) and took a lot of time. Very minimal wait time and no sitting alone in exam room wondering what was happening. Ana, the doctor’s assistant was excellent…competent, efficient, spoke at good volume and clarity despite the necessary mask.

The professionalism from start to finish, was just awesome, exceptional ????! They really cared why your there, explain the process very well. If I ever needed to I definitely will go back here! I found home lol. Thank you all for doing such a great job ????

Really friendly staff! I went in for the earliest appointment and they were ready to go even when I came in a bit earlier than their opening time. Their intake service was easy to use on the ipad they handed me and I was seen within minutes of completing. The nurse who brought me into the room was friendly and helpful. Dr. Park was amazing to talk with and she made the effort to make me feel comfortable and talk me through what she was seeing, doing, and expected to do to take care of me. Highly recommend this office!
Dr. Park was personable and sweet towards my mother and I. She was quick and understood what my mother needs were. Definitely recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Hannah Park was very attentive with me. She was very helpful and assisted me even though I arrived very late at the office. during the consultation, she took great care of my nail, which was inflamed. in the end, she bandaged it with all the care that when I got home, I was even sorry to take it off. I definitely recommend her and I don't intend to go to another professional unless she is no longer available to assist me. I now understand what is a 5 star rate, and I believe I should really reserve 5 stars for professionals like her (I used to rate 5 stars for 'standard' services).
