Dr. Hann is great, but MOM is not a great experience. The office is busy and chaotic, checking in a lot of patients at once, it feels kind of like the DMV. I waited for about 20 minutes before being seen even though I arrived for my appointment early.
I also found the way the office handled taking my labs really confusing, there were lots of different nurses and specialists that I wound up spending way too much time with when all I came in for was a simple annual physical.
I really really don't recommend MOM if you want a high-touch, small practice feel.

Was an OK experience. Medical office seemed very focused on making as much money as possible - force you to a provide a credit card to check in (thereby not protecting you from medial debt) and forcing you to book a follow up to discuss lab results (another copay, done without even receiving results - likely unwarranted). Massive practice/operation.

Dr. Hann is an outstanding primary care physician. They were thorough, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and they explained everything clearly. I left feeling confident in the care plan and truly cared for as a patient. Highly recommend!

She saw me for 5 minutes, told me I was misdiagnosed but made no effort to diagnose me properly, and then gave me two referrals for joint pain when I spent the whole appointment saying I didn’t have joint pain.

I have found my new doctors office! MOMs is great! The staff were professional, organized,office is clean and I didn't have to wait that long. Dr. Hann was great as well she was professional, friendly, a good listener and very attentive. She was willing to help and help you find a solution.

Not bad but not amazing. Got the job done and the annual physical is very comprehensive. Did all of the annual test even an EKG. Office is big so runs efficiently but very crowded because there are a lot of patients. Will probably keep going back just because they have a lot of specialists there and it’s easier to keep everything in one place.
