Heather was very personable, professional, very knowledgeable, and confident in diagnosing my problem and how to treat it. I was looking for a new Primary Care Professional and she is it! A couple of snags in this process of registering online for the appointment is the suite number was not given! I was late for the appointment because I had to hunt for the office. It is a large building with many empty offices, so I had to hunt for some one even to ask. I was VERY UPSET that I was late and had to wait longer. Also, I had filled out "forms" online before I went to the appointment, but they had me fill out their forms anyway. A lot of the information on their forms, I had to leave blank because I didn't have my resources with me. (I thought the online forms would save me time at the office, but ended up taking longer, because (1) I was late and (2) I had to fill out more forms.
