“Everything about this appointment was an extraordinary experience. I’m so used to providers who just want to check boxes, but this is not the case with this provider. When I entered her office, I was greeted by friendly front desk staff who had pre arranged all of the paperwork I needed to fill out. I met with the provider on time, which showed me that she cares about my time as well. Once in the appointment, the provider took the time to get to know me, why I was seeking care and explained so many different care options in a professional but understandable manner. Any time I had questions or concerns, the provider took the time to throughly go over everything and that made me feel so much more comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. About Heather Najjar
Heather brings over 30 years of emergency and critical-care nursing experience to Solutions, having worked in several hospitals in the Washington, D.C. area. She graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 1992 and earned her Master's in Nursing from Shenandoah University. Since then, she has been caring for patients ranging from neonates to the geriatric population. Heather is a native of suburban Maryland, is married, and most enjoys family life with her husband, Tom, and their six children. I was impressed with the level of attention and detail Dr. Najjar took in gathering my medical history.
She asked the right questions, even digging deaper to identify any other concerns I may not have
realized were a concern.
She then developed a personalized plan for me that included weight loss to start.
