I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Helene. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Helene was incredibly friendly, attentive, and thorough in answering all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit, and I truly appreciated her mindfulness and care. I’m so thankful to have found such a great OB/GYN!

The office staff is very nice, nurse/physicians assistant also incredibly nice. Dr. Gorlitsky was clear, communicative and engaged. It was nice to see a Dr. who I felt listened and saw me as a person.

On time, in room tech very pleasant and professional, Dr. listened to my concerns , explained next step and set me up for age appropriate testing. Young front desk tech was unfriendly and needs to remember customer service is important as health care is also a business. Dr and other staff was 5 stars !!!

Was a little apprehensive, new patient appointment. The check in desk experience was very friendly and prompt. The Doctor was amazing making me feel comfortable and at ease. The wait time was very minimal overall, the whole experience was great!

The appointment felt rushed. Probably because I am young and they think nothing is wrong. But I needed help with root cause of what is going on currently and the doctor just started suggesting pills. Please listen next time.
I have fatigue and I explained how it onsets. Basically saying I cannot really exercise and 5 minutes later she assumed I exercised without any issues. I was disappointed.

Dr. Gorlitsky really makes you feel comfortable during, let’s face it, a sometimes uncomfortable appointment ( at least for me). She’s friendly, informative, punctual, and listens. I only wish that I had found her sooner. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.
