I strive to provide a safe, least-restrictive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and navigate their thoughts and feelings. I specialize in addressing suicidal thoughts and behaviors, self-harm, and suicide loss. I also specialize in supporting staff who operate crisis lines. I ground my practice in person-centered/humanistic therapy techniques.
