Dr. Koch is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned about the issues I brought up. We discussed a variety of treatments and changes that could help me.
My biggest issue was the wait time. My appointment was at 2:20, but I didn’t see Dr. Koch until 4:30. Maybe the office should schedule fewer appointments in a day or at the very least let patients know if there is a long delay so that they can reschedule if needed. I was in the office for over 3.5 hours from check in to check out.

I waited for a while before someone took my vitals. Then I had to sit back in the waiting are. Almost another hour before I went to the back again, (they needed to take my vitals), I told them somebody already did that. Waited in the room for a long time before seeing the Doctor. I guess because I was a new patient, and she was private Doc. All in all I was there from 130- almost 5 pm. I'm debating if I want to return. I do but I don't. She was a good Doc though

I did wait four hours to see the doctor, 3 of which were after intake. The overall appointment was very good! She took her time explaining everything to me and was in depth with what she was doing!

She won me over. At first sight I was thinking this is not the typical office style I am used to (clear imagery.) The wait was much longer than expected. BUT after meeting with Dr Koch and staff I was immediately convinced this was the Dr for me. I appreciated her ‘get at it’ response to my care. She reminded me of the show House lol with a softer bedside manner. I absolutely loved her. Dr Koch is so real and after receiving treatment and meeting with her one on one. She is the ‘Blasis!’ - Super!

It’s doesn’t matter how long you wait to see Dr. Koch. It is worth it! I have been going to her for a few years now and I LOVE her office! She is direct and to the point and she understands your needs and gives GREAT advice and is dedicated to finding a way to help you get what you need. I appreciate her so much and her staff, and I will always go here.

The staff was very friendly and thorough. Office was a little crowded due to staff shortage (ma). Dr spent equal time with all patients and was very apologetic for the wait.
As a new patient it helps to book out extra time in your schedule for things that may delay your appointment. Dr was very thorough in her questions and her exam. I was pleased.

My appointment was at 4:40, I sat in the waiting room until almost 6. I asked the PA student who took my vitals if the wait time is usually like this, to which he said yes. After taking my vitals he checked in with staff and let me know it would be at LEAST another hour before I would see the doctor. Luckily I was able to refund my copay, I unfortunately will not be returning as I’ve heard great things about the doctor but didn’t even get seen. Please respect people’s time!

After an hour in the waiting room, during which we were not acknowledged, we were led back by a PA who took vitals and intake. It was an extensive intake, taking about 40 minutes. We then waited almost another hour to see Dr. Koch, three hours after our appointment time.
During the appointment, she was rushed and brushed off my questions and concerns. She also typed on the non-sterile keyboard and used the mouse during my pelvic exam, while she had exam gloves on, before returning to my pelvic exam.
Dr. Koch does not deliver babies, and the office does not have an Ultrasound. I would avoid this practice and keep looking.

I learned a lot from my appointment. Despite having an emergency with another patient, Dr Koch and intern were detailed oriented, took time and clearly knowledgeable and experienced with women’s health. Highly recommend, I haven’t experienced that type of service in a long time!

Dr. Koch is the absolute best! She delivered my first baby, and, I will never forget how amazing she was throughout my entire pregnancy. She was with me throughout my second pregnancy, as well, and, I will always recommend her, HIGHLY! She is one of a kind!

I am a new patient. I was looking for a lady doctor who would listen to my concerns. Dr. Koch did just that. I walked out with a plan rather than discourage as I have in the past with any other doctor I’ve seen, in any practice. The wait was over 30 mins once I was taken back, but 100% worth the wait! She is a great doctor and a great person!

My appointment was at 2:40.. I waited until 4:15 and still hadn’t been seen by Dr. Koch. I had to pick my niece up from daycare at 4:45 so I had to leave. ?I understand sometimes wait times can be long, but an hour and a half is unreasonable.

Both myself and the person after me left after waiting an hour. No one notified us beforehand or even while we were waiting that they were so behind schedule. I drive 36 minutes just to sit for an hour and not be seen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I never seen the doctor I end up leaving. I arrived for my appt a few minutes early. My appt was for 2:40pm. I waited at least 30 minutes before the receptionist informed me that the doctor was behind and working on her 2 :00 appt. It was at least (3) people a head of me. This wasnt a good experience being as though I was a new patient.
