I have been an assistant professor for years at Baylor College of Medicine before opening my private clinic. I am ABPN board certified and newly accepting insurance. Please fill out the intake form as the first step to be offered an appointment. We charge a no-show fee at the time of your scheduled appointment unless canceled 72 hours prior.
I treat patients who suffer from a variety of mental illnesses such as major depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder with empathy, passion, and expertise. I mainly provide medication management along with psychotherapy. With an educational background in both Western and Eastern medicine—including a Bachelor of Medicine from Nantong University Medical School, Psychiatry Residency at the University of Texas, Houston, a Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, and a PhD from Gothenburg University—I take a unique approach to address your underlying psychological conflicts, life stress, and coping skills. I am dedicated to helping you develop a better self and move toward a more fulfilling life.
