The visit was okay, but I felt rushed and not fully heard. The doctor and staff were very friendly and professional; however, the space felt a bit cluttered for my comfort.
This was not the best experience for an eye appointment. I left with blurry vision and still had to drive. If I had been informed ahead of time, I would have made better transportation arrangements.
Overall, I left feeling rushed and not satisfied with the answers to my questions. I would have appreciated feeling more heard and given more time during my visit.

Knowledgeable and smart about everything with the eye. Get the Optomap retina scan! Turns out the ghosts I was seeing are called floaters and I need a nap, less stress, sunglasses and hydration!
They have some of the coolest frames I’ve ever seen too. The employee that shows them to you is like a fashionista which makes it even better. I’ll definitely be back to get a few pair to lose :)

dr. hong is very knowledgeable and informative. it made me feel taken care of that he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. when i asked about pros and cons, he was explained them clearly and he also performed a very careful evaluation. the office staff is very professional and quick - they took care of everything for me, pulled tons of frames, and offered to email copies of the paperwork. this was the perfect experience for me and i look forward to seeing dr. hong and his team again soon.
