The office staff wouldn't accept her medicaid card at first and demanded her Medicare card(which they do not need and we're the first office to even ask for it. When I asked why they needed this t he receptionist became very rude and defensive even hanging up on me. Then, after all that they oh..we actually don't need the Medicare card she can go in??..alot of incompetent people in the workforce nowadays..good thing she works at a neurologist office maybe he can check her out

When booking my appointment I uploaded an image of my insurance card. Not even an hour after booking, I received a call confirming my appointment. YET, when I get there, which was a 45 minute drive from me, costing me 5 tolls, a quarter tank of gas, AND street metered parking, I was told they do not accept my insurance. WHY WAS THIS NOT VERIFIED BEFORE THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM WITH ME? THE RECEPTIONIST CLEARLY DOES NOT DO HER JOB IN VERIFYING A PATIENTS INFORMATION BEFORE CONFIRMING THEY CAN BE SEEN. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

This office is terrible. The doctor was not even in the building and he had a non-medical professional see me. I cancelled the appointment on the spot. There is something weird going on in that office and I have reported them to my insurance company.

The first doctor I saw was very friendly. He listened to what I was saying and gave me the basic exam for MS. The doctor came in a few minutes later and ordered a bunch of tests that I was expecting. Then I had a nerve test that I wasn’t expecting so soon but it wasn’t painful. Highly recommend him

He was really good and he was very knowledgeable and knew his information, but I was very discouraged with the fact that he gave me a possible diagnosis that stressed me out before even taking the EMG. Like I said, he’s a really great knowledgeable person and he’s really nice but I just really didn’t like that I heard a possible diagnosis without testing first. The rest of the staff was very nice. However, there is only 7 seats inside of the waiting room so I didn’t feel like there was enough room for the patients coming in. Overall, it was a good experience and he was very urgent about my situation.
