First of all this has been the worsttttt medical appt I've ever had. My appt was set for 12:30 I was not out of the office until 2:45. Why does an eye exam last over two hours?? I've been to my pcp for a full check up with less time. Then when I picked my glasses up the frame was too big and dropping off my face. I told the girl who was a skinny light skinned girl. She then took it and bent it cause one of the glass to pop out a bit. I told her it was dropping off my face still and very rudely she responds "it's a metal frame!" I said okay. Took the glasses and left. This has been such an awful and rude office and will not be returning.

I've been there in the past but they have newer staff and everyone was extremely pleasant and courteous. even suggested a great pizza place to go to while I waited. inspite of the area they are poised and professional at what they do. highly Recommended.

My visit with Dr. Jacobs was great! She’s sweet and works quickly. I was able to get to my next appointment that I had scheduled after leaving the optical on time. she’s very thorough with the information that she gave me about my eyes and answered every question I had with ease. highly recommend.
she also has an amazing team of women at the optical that are just as helpful.
