The staff were nice but I was seen by a PA and he was terrible. Worst bedside manners I have ever seen in my life. He kept swinging his statoscope in the air and when I asked to stop he shored me completely and started swinging it towards me. Then he told me he can’t prescription me antibiotics or steroid even though he diagnosed me with bronchitis. I should go to my PCP. I just moved to VA from TX and do not have a PCP yet. That’s why I went to this urgent care. They he said “I didn’t ask you to come here, you chose to come.” He is disrespect and made me feel belittled. This urgent care has great reviews but unfortunately this one person can ruin the reputation for the entire staff. He doesn’t deserve to work there or see any patience.

I had a very positive experience at Inova urgent care Springfield. I was seen right away. Staff was very kind and courteous. I will use again and highly recommend.

The bad review is due to the fact that I don’t understand the point of urgent care locations. It was described as “to provide help for urgent needs” but I didn’t feel like I was helped. They have very limited prescriptions available. The appointment fee was definitely a waste of money and I received an over priced prescription that I will not use. But the staff was friendly.
