“Long wait time and lots of grumpy folks in the waiting room. However, staff members were friendly and the treatment I received was very helpful. I made a same day appointment and was informed before I came that the wait time might be long. It did take a full 2 hours, but I appreciated the heads up and I did ultimately feel confident in the care I received.”

“Great doctor, the results of my exam were carefully examined and clearly explained. Put me at ease, as well. Wait time was a little long, but good office experience overall.

I showed up for my 9:15am appointment that I made on zocdoc. The First Lady told me they couldn’t take me because they don’t use zocdoc and they’ve been trying to get the practice off of zocdoc.. I told her I have confirmation and she made it seem like she couldn’t see me. Luckily the OGs that have been there many years said don’t worry we will take you as an emergency. I waited 2 hours and finally was seen by the doctor for 35 seconds. She told me she would send my prescription. I arrive at Walgreens at 5:15pm to Walgreens not having a prescription for me. I’ll call back tomorrow. Horrible experience.

First time there and it was not such a pleasant experience. I booked my appointment through Zocdoc and when I got to the doctors office, they said they never confirmed it. They wanted to send me back home & make another appointment. I was there two hour before I was seen by the doctor. Finally saw me she was very professional and nice, I did make another appointment to return in a month. Hopefully, the second appointment will go smoother. ?

Office staff was friendly and efficient. Office was clean. Regarding form info: the office made me fill out some of the same information I provided in Zocdoc app. They also made me provide them with my license and insurance cards for which I uploaded photos in the app. Staff technician was efficient and pleasant. Doctor was very skilled - also quick, energetic, informative, no-nonsense, efficient, and pleasant.
