About Dr. Irwin Goldstein
After graduating Brooklyn College, Dr. Goldstein attended New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Upon completion of his Ob/Gyn residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Goldstein joined Doctors Anthony Barbaro and Joseph Dotino who were practicing at this same location in Massapequa. A decade after beginning his career at this location, Dr. Goldstein has taken the practice into new and modern direction and has seen it flourish.
Dr. Goldstein, who is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology prides himself in attending all of his patient's deliveries and in performing minimally invasive laposcopic surgeries. He has attending privileges at South Nassau Community Hospital in Oceanside, NY.

Dr Goldstein , ( also Stacey Entin she is amazing and most caring NP) is the most kind and caring doctor. He listens to you when you are speaking and explains everything in detail. He has this calm demeanor and does not rush you. He has been my doctor for more than a decade and he delivered 2 of my children (the youngest one is about to be 11 in less than a week).The staff is very kind and gets back to you promptly. I definitely would highly recommend Dr Goldstein specially if you’re having a high risk pregnancy he makes sure that your miracle baby comes to this world safe and healthy.

Doctors like Dr Goldstein are rare around here! He was so attentive and understanding. The wait in the office was long but it was well worth it. I had a lot of concerns going to a new doctor after having a terrible experience with my previous OB/GYN. He answered all my questions and validated my concerns. I left the office feeling confident and more at peace than before.

When I first came here I loved my appointment with DR GOLDSTEIN. However he wasn’t in & I was seen by Staci . She was very nice but it took them an hour and 30 mins to see me . I had work I couldn’t stay. I wanted a sono & I didn’t like there sono lady they had in this day . She acted as if she didn’t want to do it ! And I didn’t even get one Never again

I didn’t feel like I was being judged. The doctor was gentle which is very important when getting a pep smear. Staff was professional ,respectful and friendly. The waiting room was clean with social distancing signs on the chairs. The office is cautious about the number of people in the office which is very important. I look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Irwin is a knowledgeable, caring, professional, patience, understanding, thorough & a good listener. He made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. He made me feel hopeful and optimistic.
