Your appointment time means nothing to this office, and they'll tell you that you'll be seen when the people before you are done with their visit. Absolutely unprofessional, irrational and rude. I had an appointment scheduled ahead of time, did my pre-registration ahead of time, showed up ahead of time and ended up cancelling because 20 minutes after my scheduled time,the staff was still unable to tell me when I'll be seen, suggesting it could be after another 15 to 20 minutes.
