Dr. Hoover was born and raised in central Florida. She is a second generation podiatrist, following in her father’s foot steps. She obtained her medical degree from Kent State University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Hoover completed her surgical training at AdventHealth East Orlando. She is currently accepting new patients.

Seems like the doctor was behind. I waited an hour in the room. Now when she went to cut, she really wasn’t asking if I was in pain. She seemed rushed. So I get home. My left big toe is hurting. I called the office two times to see if they could call in something for me. It’s been five days and I still haven’t heard back from the office. I would not go back. I’m sorry.
