A native of Breaux Bridge, La., Dr. Breaux received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He went on to complete medical school at Louisiana State University’s School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2012, where he graduated in the top 25% of his class. After medical school, he completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, during which time he was recognized as Intern of the Year, Resident of the Year and received the Ochsner Resident Performance Improvement/Quality Initiative Award. During his time in fellowship he served as chief fellow in his 3rd year of training and was able to receive specialized training at an Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center of Excellence. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Breaux is an avid outdoorsman and fitness enthusiast. He also loves spending time with his friends and his wife Dr. Navita Gupta and their two children.

A native of Breaux Bridge, La., Dr. Breaux received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
