About Dr. Jacob Parrish

Dr. Jake's journey to discovering chiropractic care has been dramatic and deeply personal. At 14, he suffered a neck and head injury playing football that caused a dangerously irregular heartbeat and lightning-like pain in his right arm. These symptoms persisted for 14 years, ultimately ending his successful college wrestling career and leaving him lying on the floor several times a month, struggling to normalize his heart rate. In 2008, while already attending chiropractic school at Sherman College of Chiropractic, Dr. Jake was diagnosed with Meniere's disease. He spent six months nearly unable to move due to severe vertigo. At that time, his understanding of chiropractic care was limited to its ability to alleviate neck and back pain. However, this experience marked the beginning of his deeper appreciation for chiropractic's power to remove nervous system interference, allowing the body's innate healing ability to flourish. Feeling called by God, Dr. Jake committed to using his own healing journey and professional training to help others unlock their highest potential. After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, he opened Victory Health Center in 2011. In addition to his clinical work, he hosts a podcast aired on a local radio station, where he discusses the importance of spinal health, whole-food-based nutrition, and detoxifying the body and environment.
