What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a collaborative, goal-oriented, and personal approach to therapy. We will work together in a safe and supportive environment to create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work together would begin with an initial session in which I ask you to share about your hopes, your concerns, and your history. Our goal is to come away from the first appointment with an in-depth understanding of who you are, what our treatment goals are, and how we will set out to achieve them. I draw from a variety of evidenced-based treatments incuding Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach is flexible, integrative, and collaborative.
