I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with specialized training for the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. I completed my Doctor of Medicine at the University of Utah, then psychiatry residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Iowa. With a strong foundation in both general and pediatric psychiatric care, I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy-informed treatment for a wide variety of conditions, including AD I believe that strong psychiatric care starts with building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I hope to work closely with you to understand your goals and needs and to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, and coordination with therapists, schools, or primary care providers when appropriate. I strive to help patients improve their lives, strengthen relationships, and develop long-term emotional wellness.
