I filled out an online form on a Friday morning. I was having eye fluttering and flashes. They called me within 20minutes and scheduled an appointment to be seen the next morning on a Saturday.

Staff immediately were welcoming and kind. All smiles definitely a good sign. Doctor was attentive, informed me in great detail of my cataracts and optional cataract removal procedures available to me. I was concerned about the surgery and Doctor made me feel comfortable to go forth with cataract surgery. I will certainly continue my eye care with Dr. Trinidad.

I might have a little crush on the doctor… or maybe everyone in the office. Everyone was super professional, fun, friendly, and accommodating. I came in on a day where my cat was in the emergency room and they accommodated shifting my appointment to a little bit earlier in the day. The doctor gave suggestions since I’m new to the area.
