Getting to know Dr. Janell Hart

I accept clients 13 years and older but I enjoy working with many different types of clients. However, the ones that are truly interested in change and growth are the ones that seem to find their way to health the most quickly. My clients create their own goals and, hopefully, gain hope and strength to move towards achieving them. I am a UCLA trained Psychologist, who is also licensed as a certified Trauma specialist. Not only have I successfully worked with many forms of depression, anxiety and grief, I've had training in marriage & group psychology, as well. I've been awarded a certificate in Distance Therapy, and have set up a safe & secure online room for quarantine purposes. I am glad you are taking steps to grow happier and stronger. I urge you to continue doing so, whether with me, or with someone else. I KNOW everyone can do better than the day before. So, together, with time, humor, patience and work , you WILL feel better. I would love to accompany you on your journey towards better thoughts, feelings, and self esteem.

I was disappointed. They forgot the time and date of my appointment. I was seen 6 hrs. later, I had scheduled. The video was too blurred, and their voice sounded too choppy. It was too much of a distraction for me. I didn't like it.

I learn so much more about myself with every visit. Dr. Jan does a superb job with listening and supporting my needs. I always feel very comfortable and at ease when I have to discuss personal issues with Dr. Jan. I know she always has my best interest when she guides me through my own thoughts.
When I began seeing Dr. Hart I had just left my husband. She walked me through the uncertainty, the grief, and the divorce process. I've been seeing her for a year and a half, and I am healed and happily moving on because of her help!
