I was running late due to my getting turned around on my commute to the office. I called to let them know and when I arrived, they were very courteous and friendly.
The front desk representative let me know the progress of her verifying my insurance coverage to ensure I was properly covered. She answered all my questions without my feeling foolish.
Dr. Silberstein explained the purpose of each movement I was being asked. I appreciated his thoroughness and knowledge. He did not do more than what was needed to get me back to normal. I was so happy that I booked my second appointment.

Was having severe neck pain and was hardly able to move. Dr. Jared and his team listened to my every single concern, addressed each one individually and not only was able to figure out what was wrong, but told me and then double confirmed with imaging. Haven’t had a chiropractor since moving down here and I am very happy.

I waited 40 minutes beyond my appointment time and there were still multiple people in front of me. Unfortunately, this has happened before as well. They confirmed my appointment multiple times before the appointment but see a lot of walk ins and appointment times aren't honored.

This office is great! Slight hiccup with the app though. I recommend verifying your personal information/insurance with the office before you go. There is a chance that the. Zocdoc app will not send over your information immediately. So come prepared!

The appointment was more than I could have ask for. Dr. Jared corrected a problem I had been dealing with for over 10 years. I had gotten to the point I could barely walk. My ankle joint was out of place. He took the time and explained everything and I'm back on my feet after only one appointment. I would definitely recommend him. Wow ??

My experience today at Dr. Jareds practice was amazing! He took his time for my first exam. We took an x-ray off my head and neck and move forward with the adjustment. He was very knowledgeable and gentle. Today was over on an excellent experience. Highly recommending!
