Disgraceful. It would be hard to intentionally make an experience worse but it appears to just be a regular work day here. People being compensated but no work is being done.

The receptionist was very nice and had proper etiquette along with a sense of humor . Later she assisted me with another purchase and appointment . I would and will recommend this optometrist office to my nearest aquantances .

I had an excellent experience during my recent eye check-up. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive from the moment I walked in. The optometrist took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the examination, making sure I understood everything. They answered all of my questions with patience and provided very informative details about my eye health. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thorough, professional, and compassionate eye care!

Dr. Manohar was a thorough and compassionate doctor. He’s the first optometrist who’s ever made a follow-up appointment because he was concerned about the dryness of my eyes, which I’m pretty sure most people have.

1) I came 15 minutes early as a new patient and I was told to wait to fill in paperwork finally after lunch breaks were completed (for a 3p appt). So I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes instead of 15.
2) The office is like 80 degrees F
3) My prescription was sent to the wrong CVS even though I wrote the correct address in said paperwork and heard the doctor proclaim the right address. This mishap cost me another 30 minutes.

My visit was great, the doctor was friendly, very straight-forward, and helpful. He made me comfortable during my visit and made sure all my questions were answered. I would definitely love to have him as my doctor for the following year when I come back.
