I have over 20 years of experience & have worked with hundreds of clients: teens ages 14+, adults, couples/relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, and more. There are times in our lives when we all may be able to benefit from help in getting life back on track. As a therapist I work mostly to help individuals identify the thinking and behaviors which have not been helpful to them over time and assist in the development of new patterns which will lead to happiness and success.
