They actively bring their whole complex self into the therapy session to maintain awareness of their positions and the systems we live in. Outside of work, Javier enjoys listening to music and communicating through it, open world games, reading poetry, exploring nature, drag shows, traveling, and the beach is their favorite spot to be at (constantly misses it and does not enjoy the cold!). They are from Puerto Rico, but were born in Philadelphia, have lived in New York and Miami, and constantly travel to Berkely, California to visit a special piece of their heart. The rest and majority of the time is spent enjoying time with their nesting partner here at Cincinnati
