“Dr. Stapp has been and is one of the best mental health providers I have seen. She is compassionate and understanding. Her client care is impeccable and she truly meets clients where they are at. I am someone who works in a high burnout/compassion fatigue profession, she assisted me with identifying and creating coping skills in accordance to my strengths which made it easy to implement and build on. I would have continued working with Dr. Stapp if I had not moved out of the state. Dr. Stapp is the gold standard that I compare current and past mental health providers to. Dr. Stapp brought me out of my worst, darkest times. I was dealing with severe anxiety and panic attacks. She is so amazing, helpful, patient, and personable. It’s been about a year and a half since we had our last therapy session (unfortunately my insurance changed), but I am so much better off since seeing her. I’m living my life in the present and enjoying every minute of it.
Dr. Stapp helped me tremendously during our sessions together. She always kept things professional and made it very easy to discuss all different types of topics. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a safe and accepting space. Thank you for all of your help!
Seeing Dr. Stapp was one of the best decisions I could have made. I've met with a handful of counselors previously and always felt like it wasn't a good fit. However, after meeting Dr. Stapp, I felt that her level of compassion, understanding, and even professional expertise gave me a lot of insight into my life. Her analogies are amazing and have really reshaped the way that I think and perceive life/relationships. She maintains a professional environment but is simultaneously warm and empathetic. I could not recommend her to my friends and family enough!
Dr. Stapp is such an amazing therapist. Each and every appointment she was completely focused on what I needed. She is sincere, kind, and has genuinely helped me. I have really appreciated all the time she spent on my care. Additionally, when we worked on a diagram or a worksheet during my session, she always sent it to me right away afterwards and made sure I had everything I needed even after I left the appointment. Bottomline, I felt prioritized and important under her care. She was also available during my emergencies which I really appreciated. She is a fabulous person and I would highly recommend having her as your therapist.
Dr. Stapp has been a tremendous therapist since our first session. Our time spent together has helped me to improve on myself and how to better handle stress instead of letting it control my emotions. I will gladly recommend her skills to anyone seeking help. Thank you.
