Dr. Liu was thorough and took her time to examine my eyes. She also showed me the images taken and explained that they were healthy. She was very professional and has a great bedside manner. This was my second time seeing her and she welcomed me back. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for an optometrist.

Dr Liu was very polite and listened carefully. Nice to find a doctor who makes you feel relax and listens to what you want to say. And to immediately verify and give feedback on the status of prior treatments. Also, I was pleasantly surprised on the final cost for everything even with my limited insurance coverage

Even after declining the extra service not paid by insurance the doc still pushed it. I wasn’t given a prescription before leaving, which was the reason of my appointment. I told them I was unfamiliar with the office and couldn’t see without my contacts and would need guidance but was not given it, so I ran into a table. Trying to sell glasses and contacts when I never said I wanted them through them. (Much higher than other methods to get glasses and contacts. I was given a weeks worth of contacts which was nice. Not horrible but I wouldn’t go back.

Dr Liu did a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. She explained everything that she was doing. She is a great doctor. She is easy to talk to because she listens adm responds with consideration. I am very happy with my visit.
The staff was also great. They are friendly and provide excellent care.

Truly Amazing! Professionalism demonstrated from the moment I entered the office until after my appointment. COVID protocols were in place ensuring all equipment was cleaned before and after use. The front desk personal who did the initial exam was excellent in explaining everything and the doctor was the best I've ever had. She knew I was nervous about the exam but she kept me calm and explained every step along the way.

Dr. Liu is a great optometrist -primary care eye physician. She is knowledgable, and is empathetic.
I had a problem with my cornea and went to see her -she did a complete exam and wanted me to see a corneal specialist. Her office called around and got me an appointment with the specialist the same day. Very efficient.

The office was small, clean and comfortable. It was set up well, and the doctor and staff were great!! I also did not have to wait...once I filled out my forms, I was seen a few minutes later. I think I found my new optometrist!!??
