I booked my appointment about 3 hours prior on zocdoc and had no problems. The office was aware of my appointment and I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. My Np was very nice as well and the made the process easy. My appointment was quick and effective and I am a patient of Dr.Thai now. I have been coming to this practice for over 27 years, and a can’t say that about ANY of my other healthcare providers! Dr. Thai took over my care when Dr Marback retired and it was seamless. The MA who did my intake was not very friendly though. She also was speaking to me with her back to me and with a mask on, I found her very difficult to understand and had to ask her repeatedly to repeat what she said. The checkout staff was very friendly.

I always arrive a few minutes before my appointment, however, I have never been seen by the doctor on time. The wait this time, in the waiting room was 30 minutes past my appointment. Then there was onother 20 min wait for the doctor . This was just annual check up so quick visit. The doctor is very nice.
