“This office couldn’t have been run any better. I’m used to waiting at least 15 mi. After my appointment-
Nope- these pros were right on time. Once I was in an exam room, they were doing vitals, no wait. There were lots of ppl that contributed to my care and they all worked together like a well-oiled machine. I didn’t have to repeat why I was there to 7 different people. The last medical pro was friendly, kind and patient. She listened and asked questions the others didn’t think to ask. When a different woman did an EKG on me, she moved the paper gown in a way that she got the wire where it needed to go WITHOUT exposing my breasts at all. You know how, when you get a shot, it’s like a bee sting, and it might be sore for a while. I did not feel a thing. I was wondering if something was wrong to make me lose sensation in my arm- nope. Smoothest Doctor’s appointment ever. I hate doctors. These people are magical. They are the unicorns of medicine.”

I made an appointment using Zocdoc and was called very soon after to be told the office is not open at the time I selected. I rescheduled and was told they would see me early in the morning and I would be the first patient of the day so I could make it to work on time. It took almost 2 hours to see the doctor and when he finally came in, I was visibly upset (upset, not mad or rude.. I was overwhelmed holding back tears) and asked how much longer the appointment would be because I was having anxiety about being late to work. Instead of reassuring me, the doctor showed me the door. I was shocked. He told me to leave after I waited for such a long time. Still processing the experience because it was so outrageous it doesn’t even feel real. The staff was lovely but the doctor was dismissive and did not even speak to me or try to explain the long wait. He literally showed me the door. Not the way a brand new patient should be treated - awful experience.

Dr Kalads has great bedside manner. He listens to all of your concerns and really cares about what you have to say. My visit wasn’t just get you in and out so he can get to the next patient. He was completely present in our conversation. I highly recommend him to everyone.
And his staff is amazing too. They are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

The office admin staff are happy and it shows in their demeanor with patients and each other. The clinical team, also apparently happy, are exceptional in their interpersonal style and thoroughness. The doctor is clearly doing exactly what he enjoys and is also exceptional in his interpersonal communications and style of patient-centric care.
As a veteran staffer of a community hospital, staff model HMO, and a Case Management organization, I can say with authority that this practice is comparatively exceptional in its orientation, intent, and ability, to provide excellent care to its patients.

Dr. spent approximately 5 min in the room with me, looked in my ears, and left the room. Hardly talked to me. Hardly a comprehensive annual physical exam. When I asked to speak with him, he was “too busy.” It was absolutely a waste of 2hr of my day.

Overdue for a physical, and came to see Dr. Kaladas for lightheadedness and pressure never before experienced. Since I was a new patient with odd symptoms, Dr. Kaladas recommended an EKG, which caught an entirely separate issue! Fantastic office staff, incredibly thorough exam - will absolutely recommend!

The staff from the front desk to the trainee to the doctor was very friendly. The trainee and doctor was very thorough when asking questions and they listened to any issues that I mentioned was a concern, and gave reasonable advise. Overall, I would recommend this facility to friends and family!

Love this place, I just started coming here and the front desk ladies are always so sweet and make me feel so welcome and comfortable, doctor listens to what you need and works with you. 100% best place. I always get anxiety coming to doctors appt. but here there is an exception. Overall 10/10
