About Dr. Jeffrey Smith

Dr. Jeffrey Smith received his undergraduate degree in engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Smith completed his residency program in dermatology at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He holds professional memberships in the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Board of Dermatology, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the South Carolina Dermatological Association. Dr. Smith has privileges at Lexington Medical Center. Dr. Smith is board-certified in treating all skin, nail and hair disorders, including acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema and skin cancer. He also specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery. He treats each patient with compassion and respect, and strives to help patients achieve comfort and confidence in their skin
