My firs appointment with Dr Jenica was a very pleasant and positive experience. After a non satisfactory visit to an OB/GYN I was apprehensive about how this appt would go, but Dr Jenica was simply amazing! She was caring, attentive, patient and ready to answer my questions with expertise. She renewed my hope in finding a nice and skilled doctor in NYC and I am so glad I've found her!

I went in for my yearly exam and was recommended this doctor as I do not currently have a primary. Unfortunately, my experience felt really rushed and they just wanted to get me out of there. The only thing they did was take my blood pressure and listen to my heartbeat which I found a bit odd. I was at least expecting to have my height and weight measured and have more vitals done. There were also no physical tests like testing my reflexes. I was given two vaccines I asked for and some blood tests. Most of the blood tests they ordered, I had just gotten at the gyno a month earlier and the results were on my file that I saw the doctor looking at so I’m not sure why they would just order the same tests. It was just a really dissatisfying experience and left me frustrated because I feel the doctor was very dismissive towards me and I need to get another yearly exam somewhere else because nothing was looked at.

Dr. Chandran was very kind and listened to my concerns. She was very helpful. I never felt like she was rushing to get out of the room to the next patient. The way she treated me helped me greatly when I was in a time of need and I very much appreciate it.

Dr. Chandra, was so sweet, caring and very attentive. The office staff were so friendly, helpful and funny. I will definitely be coming back. Everyone was honest and quick paced, I also like how their technology system works, making it easier to book an appointment, contact Dr.Chandra as well as email/fax my documents.
