Everyone here, from the technician, to the receptionist, from the sales staff, to the doctor herself, was beyond friendly and so helpful! The best part about my visit was that everyone here is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, which was of immense help, since my visit was for my mom who only speaks Spanish.

Dr. Jennifer Ariola is AWESOME. Everything about her was amazing and made the visit worth it. Dussan, one of the assistants, was fantastic as well. Everything that occurred at the end of my visit was absolutely wonderful
Staff for check in is a little chaotic in the beginning.
After my exam, I was told to sit in any chair to be helped with glasses, and I was ignored for about 15 min. I had to go to a person and ask for my prescription and she printed it out and told me to get it from the front desk. Front desk had me walk back and forth to ask if she printed it. I suggest streamlining the front desk and post exam portion because it was chaotic. Most of the staff is nice enough though. Just started and ended on a rough note.

The absolute BEST eye doctor I’ve ever been to! She explained everything in a concise, clear detail & i could tell is highly smart & capable.
Not only is Dr. Ariola very nice & personable, she radiated a genuine, compassionate energy, which is very rare with anyone let alone with a doctor.
The office was very busy but also VERY efficient, like a well oiled machine & every employee I interacted with was VERY nice & helpful… I was very impressed! Once I registered, I didn’t wait long at all, I also never felt rushed—how some doctors offices/doctors make you feel.
I highly recommend.
