Had an appointment at 8am. Was going to be about 5 minutes late so I called the number on my appointment text and they proceeded to tell me that the office opens at 9am. I asked why would an 8am option be on the site, they said they didn’t know but the office opened at 9am. So I tried to call the actual office, searched the doctors name and both numbers were disconnected. I proceeded to 3 other websites that came up with her name and they each had two numbers. All were disconnected. So it was 806am and so I went and had breakfast trying to stall, got done with breakfast and went to the office. There was a car there so I went in, it was 817am. They said I missed my 8am appointment. I told them what happened and asked it they could see me, and. They said no…as I was walking out I not so politely told them to get their stuff together. Waste of time and time off work, never again. Beware, the ru seem to not give a crap
