The individual displayed a lack of respect and appeared to be unaware of the situation. They were the ones responsible. I scheduled an appointment for myself and was advised not to use this application, as it was consistently inaccurate. I was instructed to contact the service provider directly to confirm the appointment, despite it being my first time using the app. I was also told that I had no insurance, even though I had prior experience using it. They scheduled an appointment for contact lenses on the date I intended to visit for my glasses.

I do not recommend using this office or their scheduling system. I was able to schedule an appointment through the app for exactly what I needed. Instead, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and dismissive manner and repeatedly told that I “did not know how to use the system,” even though the appointment was confirmed and accepted.
I was also incorrectly told that I did not have insurance, despite having used the same insurance at this office previously. The front office staff, including an employee named Michelle (who appeared to be a manager or lead), were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen or clarify the issue.
The phone call I received from the office was just as disrespectful as the in-person interaction. No patient should be spoken to this way or made to feel blamed for errors that were clearly internal.
Front desk staff are the first point of contact, and their behavior was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not choose this office again.

I kept receiving appointment reminders up until the morning of the appointment. I confirmed right in this app, and then when I showed up they said they had to reschedule because I never sent them my insurance information. But they ended up “fitting us in”.. we got there 15 min prior to the appointment like asked. And almost 3 hours later we were still waiting in the lobby waiting for the rest of the dilation… everyone was annoyed! We had to leave to get my granddaughter from school, and 3 hours was insane! And when we asked how long, we were told they fit us in as a favor, so whenever it happened. We overheard so many conversations on how many glasses sales they wanted to get and how to upgrade everyone’s sales using their health coverage. They even pre-looked at who was coming in and their coverage, to see how much they could make on the next sale. Listen I get it sales matter, but maybe ask patients why they are coming to see you rather than just money.
