About Dr. Jenny Choi
Dr. Jenny Choi graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1999. She is licensed and trained in the use of Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents, and is certified by the National Board of Optometry in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. Dr. Choi also attended the University of California, Los Angeles, for her undergraduate coursework in Psychobiology. Her current emphasis includes staying up-to-date on the latest developments in vision care and contact lenses. Dr. Choi and her staff are always dedicated to the concept of ‘quality eyecare’, which involves providing patients with state-of-the-art examinations in an unhurried and caring environment. She specializes in the management of kerataconus, custom scleral lenses, orthokeratology (Ortho-K), and eye medication for myopia control, and advanced dry eye treatments, offering tailored solutions for patients with unique visual needs.
Dr. Choi is deeply involved in advancing the optometry profession beyond the exam room. She has proudly served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors at the Southern California College of Optometry and other optometric networks of doctors, where she contributed as a key advisor for several years. In addition, she actively participates in numerous study groups focused on the latest technologies, clinical innovations, and practice management strategies. Her commitment to continuous learning and collaboration ensures that her patients receive exceptional care in a modern, patient-centered private practice setting.

Outside work, Dr. Choi enjoys staying active with Pilates reformer sessions, a game of pickleball, and practicing her golf swings whenever time allows.

I was in and out of Dr. Choi’s office with my updated contact and glasses prescription in 30 minutes. Dr. Choi has all the latest eye exam technology and my contacts will be shipped to my home so I can check off “eye health” for the year!
