After graduation, he completed a three-year forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgical residency at St. Luke’s University Health Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania. There he had comprehensive clinical, surgical, and hospital training. Since then, he joined and has helped establish Las Vegas Foot and Ankle Centers as one of the premier foot and ankle clinics in the Las Vegas Valley. Dr. Tilton is a sought-after clinician and surgeon who specializes in bunion correction with expertise in revision surgery for failed or recurrent deformities. He is a seasoned Lapiplasty surgeon, using the system since 2017. Additionally, he is a consultant for Treace Medical, where he teaches techniques on the procedure to physicians across the United States. In addition, he is well trained and experienced in the treatment of heel pain, fracture management, nerve decompression, wound care, ankle stabilization, ankle arthroscopy, treatment of diabetic foot infections, flatfoot reconstruction, and Charcot reconstruction.
