While pursuing his degree at NWU he worked to receive his national certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Dr. Franck graduated with a double major in Exercise Science and Psychology, for which he earned membership into both the Psi Chi: National Honor Society of Psychology, and Phi Epsilon Kappa: Health and Human Performance Honorary Society. Dr. Franck then attended Cleveland Chiropractic College (CCC) in Overland Park, KS where he earned his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. While attending CCC he also studied acupuncture under Dr. Richard Yennie at the National Acupuncture Society of America. Dr. Franck now owns and operates his own chiropractic and acupuncture practice in Papillion, NE.
