My appointment was scheduled for 11:15. I arrived at 10:50 and left at 12:30 as the doctor hadn't come in yet. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They apologized and rescheduled with another doctor in a few days.

I waited over a hour and a half...keep in mind I used paid time off for this appointment dr never showed when I left at 930 he still hadn't made it nor was answering calls...rescheduled with the other physician in the office...me and my bestie definitely won't be going here and sharing experience with all of my followers

This was one of the most disappointing and uncomfortable medical visits I’ve ever had. The doctor was dismissive, disrespectful, and made rude comments about my weight. When I shared that I had lost 20 pounds and maintain a healthy lifestyle, he told me, “If that were true, you wouldn’t be overweight.”
I came in with real concerns about possible perimenopause and significant changes to my menstrual cycle. Instead of taking me seriously, he laughed, said it was “all in my head,” and dismissed my pain.
The clinic’s professionalism was also concerning. I waited over an hour, was placed in an occupied room, and witnessed staff arguing in front of me. The exam room was dusty, poorly stocked, and lacked basic supplies.
Despite requesting and offering to self-pay for bloodwork, I was told testing was unnecessary without proper evaluation.
I felt belittled and ignored. I will not return and do not recommend this doctor or clinic.

Lovely staff — everyone was so welcoming and kind, from the nurses to the phlebotomist. They made me feel comfortable the whole time and were really attentive. I loved the smell in the office smelled like Bath and Body’s candle shop.

2 hrs from my appointment time before I was seen. My appointment was at 9, the office opens at 9. Second time this has happened. First time appointment was in the afternoon so figured maybe he was behind, so decided to book first appointment of the morning for next time. Did that yet still 2 hrs behind. Now it feels like he has no respect for patients time.

New Patient. Staff was friendly and professional. The front receptionist, Tamar, was lovely and sweet. I can appreciate that especially with me being a new patient.
The wait was long but I was informed that there were students learning/shadowing the veteran workers so I was understanding of that.
The Inscents burning in the lobby were very strong and overpowering. My recommendation would be to burn softer smelling candles instead of the inscents.
Dr. Jerome was very nice and professional and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a OBGYN.

Dr. Jerome Washington saw me for fibroids in my uterus. For some reason he asked if I was sexually active and when I said no, he asked why not. He seemed a little overwhelmed. He wanted to run additional tests and blood work, but I explained it was a second opinion but he was willing to continue with my care so I was open to that. Then I saw his care summary which had this:
"2. Encounter for screening for infections with a predominantly sexual mode of transmission"
This is not only untrue it is defamatory. I have emailed him directly and messaged him in the portal to no avail. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone.

It was honestly a terrible experience. He didn’t listen to my concerns, made me incredibly uncomfortable, had to ask for my husband to be in the room 4x before he was brought in (and by the time he was let in I was already naked with the dr in the room), the summery he sent me after the appointment had no mention of my concerns as well as incorrect information that had already been addressed more than 3 times during the appointment. This was my first time seeing a male obgyn doctor. I saw him twice the first time went well the second visit not so much. I could tell he maybe wasn’t having the best day the second time seeing him but tried to ignore it and hoped the appointment was going to go well. He made inappropriate comments on the way i dressed, laughed at me for my weight ( had a huge ED disorder which caused me to lose a lot of weight) and overall made me feel uncomfortable and unhappy. Would not recommend.

Very uncomfortable. I tried this doctor because of fast availability. Maybe a female was better idea. Doctor Jermone asked too many personal questions about things other than my visit. Also stated I weighed a lot for being short. I never had a OBGYN stick a finger in me to check for presser and pain inside. Or pull up my dress to see my boobs and touch everywhere. I did not like it at all. I honestly wanted to cry in front of him. His questions were very indirect. And asked more personal questions such as do I sleep with females or males and how many and what is a reason for me not always using condoms, and how long I had nipple piercings. Laughed that I said I was single. He said I was playing Russian roulette for me saying I didn’t want kids. That I was stressing him out this morning. It was very unpleasant. I understand he sees viginas often but it seemed a bit more like he was picking on females that came in to see him to see what they will respond with and how much they will take.

I felt invalidated and uncomfortable. Dr. Washington was efficient with the actual procedure but his communication was highly unprofessional. He made a comment about me “wanting to be tortured” which was creepy and uncalled for. He brushed off my experience with bc side effects (depression, low libido, heart palpitations) as a “bad attitude.” I see now why women tend to avoid male gynecologists. Especially if you have past trauma, it’s important to feel comfortable and safe during an extremely intimate procedure. This includes using compassionate and respectful language and reading when the patient is uncomfortable. I will not be coming back to this doctor again.

Dr Washington truly listened to my reproductive concerns, needs, and goals without any judgment. He and his staff acted with urgency and understanding for my plan of care and made me feel very comfortable with my choice in provider. Thank you to Dr Washington and team!

Dr. Washington has some of the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I have never been more belittled by a doctor, than Dr. Washington. He did not seem to care even a little bit about the tragedy my partner and I were going through.
I do not recommend anyone go to Dr. Washington, especially if you're pregnant or trying to get pregnant.
