“Jessica was wonderful. I had a self inflicted eye injury from sleeping in my contacts by mistake. She diagnosed the issue in minutes and sent me out with a prescription that has already helped. Also answered all my questions on what to do going forward. She’s both pleasant and funny!
However I booked this appointment via ZocDoc for an ‘Eye Emergency Visit’ and gave a detailed description of the medical issue in the forms completed beforehand. Despite this, Jessica wasn’t informed by the office staff and she assumed I was there for a regular eye exam.
Medical eye issues and regular eye exams have different insurance policies, so I found out after the appointment started my insurance wouldn’t be accepted. If you’re there for a medical reason, ensure to call beforehand because the front office staff isn’t reading the ZocDoc reason for visit or preliminary paperwork.”

I actually thought that there wasn’t a doctors office at this Target Optical because of how beautiful it was! The office is hidden behind a mirror so all you see in the front is the glass displays.
This doctor was so funny and kind, we honestly had a really good time. She helped me figure out what was going on with my vision and soothed my fears. I had to drive 40 mins because they were one of the only ones that took my insurance. So worth it though!
