Hello. My name is Dr. Jessica Perez. I am a second-generation Cuban-American woman, born and raised in Miami, Florida. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Professionally, I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and the work that I do has one unifying purpose: to help others live authentically and achieve their best potential in their personal goals and relationships.
As a Licensed Psychologist, I provide individual and group therapy, as well as conduct high-quality Gifted, Psychoeducational, and Comprehensive Psychological/Developmental Evaluations across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe Counties.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

This was my first experience with therapy and Dr. Perez was the perfect person for me to talk to. She was such a good listener and would summarize what I said back to me to make sure she understood correctly, which helped to make sure we were on the same page. She was very good at guiding the conversation and prompting me to figure out what I wanted to talk about too, which helped since I was new to therapy and didn't have many set topics that I wanted to cover. Thank you, Dr. Perez!

I wish I could pick more than just two descriptions for Dr. Perez. She has been the only therapist I have ever connected with in such a meaningful way. Her ability to walk me through life events and changes has helped me in more ways than I can describe. I am so thankful for her!

Dr Jessica Pérez is warm, empathetic, intelligent and open minded. She is direct and always helps me see things from a different perspective. She always provides me with actionable steps that I can employ to solve the problems I am facing. She has helped me significantly deal with my post partum depression and with the new challenges of motherhood and its impact on my relationships. I definitely recommend her 100%.
