I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, primarily drawing from Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused therapy, tailoring methods based on the nature of the issues and client needs.
