About Dr. John Burke
Dr. John Burke completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree. He furthered his education by obtaining a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry. He has been practicing optometry since 2008 and has been with Eyetique since 2011. Dr. Burke chose optometry because he felt it was a profession where he could make a real difference in patients’ lives, while also offering the opportunity to develop long-term doctor-patient relationships. He loves what he does because there is nothing better than seeing the immediate smile on a child’s face when they look through their prescription lenses for the first time.

Everybody was very friendly and talkative, and I felt that I was being listened to. When I shared how little I would wear my glass (I primarily use contacts), they didn't try to push the high dollar frames, but instead showed things in a more reasonable range. I will definitely be back!
