Verified Patient Reviews
This was my first appointment but it went well and they were very prompt. The staff was also nice and friendly.
Was very impressed. Dr Dugan was very down to earth, expressed an attitude of friendliness, explained everything in detail, listened attentively to my questions and comments, did not rush the appointment, and expressed knowledge and concern. Really liked him.
In General was very good
Dr. Dugan is very professional. He came in right away and listened to me and asked questions. I felt very comfortable with him. You can tell he does not want to waste your time and let's you know his honest opinion. Also, his assistant is the most nicest and sweetest person. She made sure I was comfortable and paid attention to everything I said. I def. recommend Dr. Dugan.
Listened, and reviewed all my history. He appeared very caring and genuinely wants to solve the problem,
He was very in tuned to my concerns and offered advise as well as a diagnosis for them. He called me personally to inform me of my lab results. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.
He is the best. First visit and I think he is one of the best doctors I have experienced. I tend to babble because I have complicated med background . He listened and then listened some more. Then he took all of that with my past test results and explained what he thought was going on. Something some Drs have never explained and talked to me about what the best realistic plan of action. Run not walk to his practice.
Very professional. He came right away after the nurse got my vital signs.
